Shipping info:

Delivery in Latvia to your chosen Omniva parcel terminal - 2.00 eur.

Delivery in Estonia and Lithuania to your chosen Omniva parcel terminal - 6.00 eur.

Delivery in other European Union countries by DPD or UPS courier - 25 eur.

Delivery time:

Your order will processed within 1 (one) working day from the moment of placing the order.
FITODROGA will send the Products you have ordered to the delivery address indicated in the order within 2 (two) to 5 (five) working days from the moment of receipt of the invoice or e-payment. We will inform you about the time of sending the order.

Return of orders and the right of withdrawal

You have the right to reject the purchased order within 14 days after receiving it by sending it by post/courier or by arriving in person at our office by prior arrangement (Zala Street 10, Dobele, LV-3701). The goods must be unused and undamaged, and a printed order confirmation must accompany them. Return costs are borne by the customer.
FITODROGA will refund the purchase within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

Return of damaged products

If you have received a damaged order, please contact us by e‑mail: info@fitodroga.com. Damaged products or orders can be returned within 14 days from the day the products have been received.
